If you need an invitation letter to apply for VISA, please follow the steps as follows:

1. Download and complete Application for the Invitation Letter by clicking here

2. Email to: pressoffice.asia@ibsce.com

3. We will issue the invitation letter after we check the information you provided.

4. We will send you the invitation letter within three to five working days.

5. Please send it to your local Chinese embassy or consulate to apply for Visa.
